Ezra C. Cummings - Chairman Of The Board
Mr. Cummings has over 30 years of increasingly demanding executive level experience in both the government and commercial sectors. His special skills and expertise include personnel and facilities management, information systems support, physical security administration and program management.

Mr. Cummings is a former senior-level U.S. Army officer with over 27 years of active military service. He has held command and executive positions at all levels, including Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army Personnel Command in Alexandria, Virginia. Mr. Cummings has attended all of the armed services major educational programs, including the Command and General Staff College and the Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He also holds B.S. and M.S. degrees as well as Executive Management Certificate from the Darden School of Business of the University of Virginia. Mr. Cummings has been a major contributor to corporate America since his retirement from the military. Highlights of his business accomplishments include the following:

Director of Information Systems and Program Manager for a firm contracted to provide automation and information technology support to a major staff agency in the U.S Army's Pentagon Headquarters.

Vice President/Program Manager for Training Automation Systems in support of the U.S. Army's Training and Doctrine Command, Fort Monroe, Virginia.

Executive Vice President and Program Manager for crises management systems in connection with major contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency.


Kevin Anderson - President/CEO
Mr. Anderson, 47, has over 26 years experience developing and managing engineering and manufacturing companies. Mr. Anderson has had the primary responsibility for assembling the Defense Manufacturing & Supply LLC team and framing the company's vision. Before founding Defense Manufacturing & Supply LLC, Mr. Anderson was President/CEO of Parts ala Carte, and prior to that, was the President/COO of Global Technology LLC. Mr. Anderson's diversified entrepreneurial background includes engineering, technical & IT business development, lobbying & fundraising. He also holds B.S. and A.A.S. degrees from Wentworth Institute of Technology. The formation of Defense Manufacturing & Supply LLC and the many milestones attained to date by the company are a testament to Mr. Anderson's rare blend of business, strategic and technical acumen.


Robert W. Cook - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Cook holds a B.A. degree in Economics and a MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University. He has more than 23 years of experience in accounting and finance, human resources, management information systems development, program budget analysis, and strategic planning. His background includes "Big Six" international accounting and consulting firm experience. He has held the key positions of Fiscal Manager, Manager of Administration, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Finance and Administration. Mr. Cook has extensive experience in the government contracting environment. His areas of particular expertise include:


Proficient in Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Knowledge of Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements, procedures, and auditing techniques.Contract negotiations in the areas of costs and pricing structure Developing solutions for matching governmental allocations and expenditure levels on a broad range of contracts of varied size and structure.

 

Larry Delone - Vice President - Business Development
Mr. Larry Delone, 52, has for 30 years held business development and senior executive management positions most recently as President/CEO of End To End Inc. his responsibilities included business development forecasting and tracking, corporate operations, fiscal control, executive and management staffing, and corporate public relations. Prior to establishing End To End Inc.

Mr Delone served as a Program manager for General Electric, Huntsville, AL Responsible for the design, development, integration the marketing & business development  of Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Test Program Sets (TPS)s and self test equipment for the CASS automated test equipment (ATE) system. Including, cost control, schedule variance tracking and reporting, customer liaison, design review support, and assignment of personnel.

Mr. Delone received a BS in Electrical engineering from Southern University, Baton Rouge LA 1975
